Reconciliation Action Plan

We are proud to have commenced work on the next stage of CFKC’s reconciliation journey, the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

This comes after we presented the CFKC Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) — a meaningful milestone in our ongoing commitment to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with respect, accountability, and action.

This document is more than just a roadmap. It’s a commitment to fostering genuine and meaningful relationships with First Nations communities and it takes deliberate steps toward reconciliation.

We are proud to feature artwork in the RAP – a piece called ‘Love’, created by Mali Isabel, an emerging Arabana/Kokatha artist, specifically for CFKC as part of the reconciliation journey.

Reconciliation is only possible when we work together, and we thank the carers, partners, and communities who continue to guide us forward.

Reconciliation Australia has welcomed CFKC to the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) program with the formal endorsement of its inaugural Reflect RAP. CFKC has joined a network of more than 3,000 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the RAP program.
